By registering your product or initiating the registration process, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions and disclaimers that constitute a BINDING LEGAL CONTRACT between you (You) and BreakFree. Most of these terms were put in place due to high fraud activity. If you do not agree with any of the below terms and conditions please do not register, instead, contact us. We will give you the chance to clear up any ambiguities and you will be able to negotiate the terms. We can also issue a full refund for your purchase even if the product is already used and void the screen protection coverage linked to your order.
- Abusive language towards our team members will result in the forfeiture of your consumer and legal rights, effective immediately without notice. We request the same level of respect from our customers as we give to them. While online retailers have adopted a customer-centric approach, please understand that our transaction is a trade where we are equals, and no higher party is involved.
- YOU MUST REGISTER YOUR DEVICE IN 30 DAYS FROM DATE OF PURCHASE from us for the screen protection coverage to be valid. No exceptions will be made for any reason. In order for your coverage to apply, YOU MUST REGISTER YOUR DEVICE WITHIN 30 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE.
- If you fail to register within 30 days of your purchase, then the screen protection coverage you have purchased will be invalidated, because you are required to register within 30 days in order for your screen protection coverage to be valid. If you fail to register, you will NOT be able to submit a claim if you incur any damage to your phone, nor receive any reimbursement for any alleged damage to your phone that may occur.
- If your device's external glass screen is cracked or broken while protected by BreakFree's product that is offered with a screen replacement coverage, the limited replacement screen protection coverage provides up to purchased coverage (i.e: $250 - $300 - $500 - $750) towards the repair of your external glass screen provided that the device is registered within 30 days of purchase. Internal display or any part of your device other than the external screen is not covered under our screen protection coverage. For foldable devices, you can register only one screen per purchase which must match the video uploaded during registration.
- The screen protection coverage is only valid if your screen breaks with regular use, such as dropping the device from your hands or slipping from a tabletop, etc., for up to 6 feet high. Extreme events involving unusual velocity or height, such as the device flying off a moving vehicle, being dropped from a second story, being dropped from stairs, or from a location higher than 6 ft height, are NOT covered. If the device has suffered extreme damage that doesn't appear to result from a simple drop, the screen protection coverage will become void.
- The screen protection coverage cannot be registered for devices that are already damaged.
- By initiating a return, you agree to void your registration without any exceptions. If your order is refunded, your registration becomes void as well. If you are re-charged by a marketplace after your return for any reason, including a late return, the registration can not be re-instated. It's your responsibility to ensure the return is made within the time allowed to you. You release us of any responsibility for these kind of tansactions between you and marketplaces.

After obtaining an approval for your claim, the screen must be replaced by UbreakiFix by Asurion (
www.ubreakifix.com). You can simply check the closest locations near you by entering your zip code on their website. You can schedule an appointment or use their "Mail-in Repair" service (please note we are not responsible for packages lost in transit as this transaction is between you and UbreakiFix). Regardless of the reason, having your device repaired by a company other than the one we have assigned to your claim will result in denial of your claim and reimbursement unless it’s communicated and authorized by us in writing prior to repairs. No exceptions will be made. Regardless of any ads recorded and posted prior to you agreeing to this contract, we no longer offer repairs at repair store of your choice. If you do not agree with this term please do not complete the registration and contact us for reimburement of your order (can only be done one time since you will have been notified). By completing the registration you agree to this term.
- We usually process registrations within 3-5 business days however in some cases it may take longer. If your registration is incomplete or missing information, you will be notified via email. The email will be sent from info@BreakFree.care. Please make sure to whitelist or add our emails to your address book to avoid our emails going to your spam box. Since we have no control over your mailbox, it's your responsibility to ensure your registration is complete and that you have received an email from us confirming your registration. Submitting the registration form does not mean that the registration is complete. Your registration must be reviewed and accepted to be valid. Please follow up if you don't hear from us. No exceptions can be made if your registration is not complete before the time of a claim for any reason. It's your responsibility to ensure an email with a confirmation of your registration is obtained. We may ask for this confirmation email to process your claim.
- In case of a claim, initially, an image will be required. A video of the device showing the damages will also be required in order to provide authorization. We have the right to deny the claim and/or reimbursement if any of the requested evidence is not provided and authorization is not obtained.
- The screen protection coverage is not transferable between devices or to another person.
- BreakFree is the only authorized online retailer of this product. If you purchased the product from any online retailer other than us, the screen protection coverage would not be valid even if it's accepted by our system initially as an oversight.
- If you purchased the product from one of our authorized brick-and-mortar parties (dealers/resellers/retailers), then your device must be registered within 30 days of your purchase from that authorized party by submitting the invoice from that authorized party. No exceptions will be made for any reason.
- If the purchase is made from an unauthorized party, then the screen protection coverage would be void.
- If you are registering as third party (dealer/retailer/reseller) of our product on behalf of the customer and if you’re not an authorized party, then the screen protection coverage would become void.
- If there is a conflict of interest such as owners, managers or employees of a repair shop filing a claim and submitting an invoice from the same shop for their devices or their customer's devices, the coverage would become void.
- The product is sold and shipped from the U.S. and the repairs must be done in U.S. Reimbursements can only be made in USD currency to a US address or payment system. If the purchase is made in Canada or UK the repairs can be done in those countries. Reimbursements in the UK and CA can only be made through Paypal.
- There is a 30 day grace period once the device is registered. The screen protector keeps curing and strengthening the glass within these 30 days. The screen protection coverage would not be valid for this initial 30 days. Additionally, due to the recent increase in fraud claims, the screen protection coverage cannot be utilized within the initial 30 days after registration as a grace period. The coverage would become void if a claim is submitted within these 30 days.
- The coverage applies only to the external glass screen of your device. It does not cover the back of the device or any other interior or exterior parts or internal LCD / OLED or other internal screen panels. Entire device replacements or upgrades would not be covered since this is only screen protection coverage. This is not an insurance plan. It's only our promise to reimburse you for the cost of the screen replacement parts up to the promised coverage amount.
- Only the glass screen repair/replacement costs on invoices showing the matching IMEI or the SERIAL number of the registered device would be accepted for claims.
- The coverage can only be utilized for cracked or broken external glass screens. Scratches are not covered under screen protection plan.
- For devices with multiple screens, only one screen will be covered under the screen protection plan. You should specify the screen to be covered at the time of registration; otherwise, the registration will be considered invalid.
- Each purchased unit provides coverage for one registered device only.
- If the customer switches/replaces the registered device for any reason, the coverage can not be transferred and would need to be re-purchased.
- If the product is returned th coverage will become void.
- Only one claim can be submitted per purchase. Once a claim is submitted and reimbursed the coverage becomes void.
- Each household is allowed to make up to two claims within the first three year period. After the second claim has been made, the household must wait three years before becoming eligible to register again.
- A claim can not be processed for the same device more than twice.
- You must submit a photo and a video and obtain approval BEFORE getting the device repaired. If the device is repaired before authorization, the screen protection coverage will become void. This is a measure taken due to recent fraud activities discovered and NO EXCEPTIONS can be made.
- If a claim for cracked external glass screen is submitted and denied for not fulfilling with the terms of this agreement, in the event that a new claim is filed at a later date, evidence that previous damage was repaired must be submitted. The evidence would be an invoice showing the repairs from an official phone repair shop including the matching IMEI or Serial number of the registered device.
- The screen protection coverage is valid up to 12 months after the date of purchase (including the 30 day grace period). Additional screen protection coverage can be purchased before your coverage window expires.
- The repairs must be completed and the invoice must be submitted within 15 days after the claim is approved. No exceptions can be made unless you notify us of any extenuating circumstances and obtain a written authorization to extend this period. If we grant an exception, it would not give you indefinite time to have your device repaired. Each extenstion would be granted for a maximum of 15 days at a time. You are required to request additional extensions if the extenuating circumstances continue. Initial or consequent extensions are only valid if we approve your request.
- Once a claim form is submitted, you are responsible to respond to any messages or emails sent by us within 15 days in order to get the claim approved. If you do not respond to us within 15 days the claim would be closed and can not be re-opened. We have no control over your inbox so it's your responsibility to ensure our emails aren't going to your spam box or are not missed.
- The reimbursement method is at the discretion of BreakFree. Paypal, Venmo, Apple Pay, and Checks are some forms of payments BreakFree reimburses which may change at BreakFree's discretion. PayPal and similar reimbursements are usually made instantly however check payments can take up to four weeks to be processed.
- BreakFree does not pay any transaction fees on the recipient's end for claims. If any fee is deducted by Paypal, Venmo, or another provider from your customer's account, these fees are the customer's responsibility.
- Screen protection coverage and/or claims will be only granted if the product is purchased from BreakFree directly or from its authorized resellers. The screen protection coverage would be valid if the video of your device showing the IMEI number or serial number is submitted at the time of registration.
- IMEI/Serial number can not be displayed in another device and must be displayed on the device being registered.
- Acceptance of your registration does not mean it's eligible for a claim. It only means your registration has been processed and activated. In some cases, we may not realize damaged screens, missing or mismatching information and may approve your registration, however, since you consent that the device doesn't have any damages at the time of registration and the information is completely and properly submitted, we may deny your claim if we realize the device is not registered properly following the instructions. This is a measure taken due to recent fraud claims. Please make sure the video you submit for registration clearly shows your device's screen is undamaged and displays the IMEI or the Serial number of its own.
- We reserve the right to deny any registration or claim at our discretion if we suspect fraud or malicious activity. We do not have any obligation to disclose or discuss the reasons for denial for registrations or claims, however, if we deny your registration we would issue a refund on your order upon return.
- If we suspect that the cost of the claim invoice submitted to us for reimbursement is higher than usual, we may contact your repair shop to ask about your transaction and/or obtain a quote regarding the repairs of the same brand and model device to compare the quote and the cost on the invoice you submitted for claims. If the quote we obtained is higher than the repair shop's invoice, we would only pay the amount of the quote provided to us. This is done because some repair shops charge extra when they are informed that the customer will be reimbursed through a screen protection coverage or insurance program which is considered a fraud activity. If we find out such unusual activity we will notify you and the reimbursement terms would be non-negotiable. If our decision is not accepted, we reserve the right to completely deny the reimbursement due to suspected fraud activity. In some cases, we may completely deny the reimbursement at our discretion if we suspect fraud activity. We may report the suspected fraud to the government authorities for investigation and reserve the right to take legal action. You agree to these terms by registering your product. These terms as well as the option not to register and obtain a refund on your order is provided to you at the time of registration.
- We may have agreed rates with certain repair centers and assign your repairs to a specific repair center. The repairs must be done at the repair center that we specify and assign to your claim which you would be notified with an email at the time of acceptance of claim. If for any reason you are unable to have your device repaired at the repair center that is assigned to you, a written authorization must be optained before proceeding to have your device repaired at any other repair center. If you proceed with repairing your device at a repair center without our authorization, we may completely deny your claim.
- We may deny your claim or reimbursement at our discretion if we conclude that the evidence you submitted is not satisfactory or we are suspicious of fraud. Even though we may normally explain the reason, we do not have any obligation to discuss details and you agree not to pursue any actions to damage our reputation or financially.
- If Apple care or any other insurance program is utilized to get to repair the screen, the reimbursement can not be claimed. Consumers are not allowed to profit from the screen protection coverage program. Such action would be considered a fraud and is illegal.
- By submitting this registration form, you hereby confirm that you have also read and agreed to our terms and conditions and privacy policies and allow us to add you to our email list and contact you for registration and claim purposes as well as any promotional reasons with the option to opt-out.
- This screen protection coverage plan requires binding arbitration if there is an unresolved dispute between you and us. Under this Arbitration provision, You give up Your right to resolve any dispute arising from this screen protection coverage by a judge and/or a jury. You also agree that this Agreement shall be governed under California law, and that the Arbitration shall take place in Orange County, California. You also agree not to participate as a class representative or class member in any class action litigation, any class arbitration, or any consolidation of individual arbitrations. If the state you live in has regulations conflicting with this contract and dispute resolution, then your state regulations supersede the terms and conditions of this agreement.
- We do not sell your information however we may outsource the service so your information may be shared with third-party insurance or guarantee providers in order to provide coverage for your device. Your info may also be shared with payment processors to be able to pay the claims.
- By submitting this form, you agree that you accept all the terms and conditions of this agreement and will not threaten the company to have a registration or a claim accepted.
- You agree not to take any legal action against the company or its owners in case of a dispute, as you agree that the claims will be granted or rejected at BreakFree's discretion. BreakFree reserves its rights to take legal action in cases where the terms and conditions of this agreement are violated. BreakFree will honor all claims that satisfies the terms and conditions of the screen replacement coverage.
- By submitting this registration form you hereby permit us to keep your information indefinitely in our records and share the information with insurance providers as well as other companies and inquire about your history from others that may help us investigate your claim history and credibility.
- DISCLAIMERS; LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. NONE OF THE SCREEN PROTECTION COVERAGE AN INSURANCE POLICY OR A CONTRACT OF INSURANCE OR AN EXTENDED WARRANTY OR SERVICE CONTRACT. USE OF THE PLAN AND ANY OF THE PLAN BENEFITS IS AT MEMBER’S SOLE RISK. THE PLAN BENEFITS ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. BreakFree AND ALL OF ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS AND AGENTS, AND THE AUTHORIZED DEALER EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND WITH RESPECT TO THE SCREEN PROTECTION COVERAGE AND ANY OF THE SCREEN PROTECTION COVERAGE BENEFITS, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON- INFRINGEMENT. WE MAKE NO REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, THAT (i) THE SCREEN PROTECTION COVERAGE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, (ii) THE PLAN WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR (iii) THE QUALITY OF ANY PRODUCTS, SERVICES, INFORMATION OR OTHER MATERIAL PURCHASED OR OBTAINED BY YOU UNDER THE PLAN WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS. BreakFree is NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES (EVEN IF BreakFree HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES), RESULTING FROM: (i) THE USE OR THE INABILITY TO USE THE SCREEN PROTECTION COVERAGE OR ANY BENEFITS THEREOF; (ii) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF THE SCREEN PROTECTION COVERAGE’S DATA; OR (iv) ANY OTHER MATTER RELATING TO THE SCREEN PROTECTION COVERAGE. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES OR THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR OTHER DAMAGES. ACCORDINGLY, SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
- Indemnification: You indemnify Us from any loss arising from any of the following circumstances: (a) the use of the Screen Proectior and Screen Protection Coverage by you for a purpose or in manner for which it was not designed, (b) your intentional, willful or wanton misuse, abuse or mishandling the Screen Protector or Screen Protection Coverage, (c) your violation of any of the Terms, (d) your intentional, dishonest, fraudulent or criminal acts.

- LIQUID GLASS® and LIQUID CERAMIC® should only be applied to the glass surface of your device.
- LIQUID GLASS® and LIQUID CERAMIC® are not intended to be case alternatives, please use caution when using your device without a case.
- LIQUID GLASS® and LIQUID CERAMIC® were created to protect against damage occurring under normal usage conditions, and not through heavy, blunt force impact or negligent circumstances.
- LIQUID GLASS® and LIQUID CERAMIC® are intended to increase scratch resistance and improve your device's glass strength, but it will NOT make your screen completely shatter-proof or scratch-proof.
- Please note that scratches are not covered under the screen protection coverage. However, if you have purchased and registered a product with screen protection coverage, cracks or breaks will be covered under the screen protection coverage value (coverage must have approved and active status).
